Hello steemiats, I was a little lost from the platform because I was doing a wonderful trip, I needed it, a break from the city, stress and work, spend a wonderful week in Choroni and enjoy its beautiful beaches, Choroni is one of the corners of Venezuela that I like the most because of its fusion of mountains and sea, and since one begins the ascent by the National Park Henri Pittier begins to see extraordinary landscapes and nature takes over your sight, do not you think that when ascending After that mountain you will find a warm and spectacular sea.

The journey begins like this:

First we arrived at the Aragua state, in the city of Maracay we started to climb through the Henri Pittier National Park, and it is very strange for new visitors the feeling of climbing a mountain that would take them to the beach, but once you know the you enjoy it and celebrate the wonders of this national park.

This fall of water ends up being a river that flows into the sea, a visual and natural spectacle really, reaching the top of the mountain you can see the city of Maracay next to the lake of Valencia, a very beautiful panorama is what you can appreciate at this point of the mountain.

As I was going for a walk I managed to appreciate small wells where there were animals like frogs and fish, even in certain parts of the mountain if you pay enough attention you see mushrooms and very nice trees.

Definitely nature is perfect and if we know how to join the hand of man with her we can find a perfect balance to enjoy it and live with it without destroying it.

We arrived at Choroni

Choroni is the main town, it is a colonial place, the streets are tiny and full of color, people are very attentive since one of their main sources of income is tourism, be surprised with the services in this place since never failed, well the only thing that sometimes fails is the cell phone signal, but while there was always water, electricity and Internet, many of the people we talked with are foreign people who fell in love with this place and decided to stay here, and is that this little town really catches, besides that they have a spectacular kakao tradition.

Really this is the little town of Choroni, and you do not realize that it is a beach town until you travel to Puerto Colombia, where they do almost all the economic activities of the town from fishing to tourism, you feel that you are really in a town of mountain until you start to see the people dressed pretty t-shirts and you start to feel the sea breeze when you are approaching the port, when you open your eyes you are at the end of the town in Puerto Colombia.

In this port the fishing moves a lot during the week, and when the weekend arrives it becomes a port of departure for tourists to other nearby beaches: Tuja, Cepe, Chuao and Valle Seco, in another publication I will show you a bit of a couple of these beaches that I met that are really great, for now I will focus on Puerto Colombia and its famous beach: Playa Grande, it is a beauty of blue waters and white sand, I already knew it, but every time I go it is like a amorous reunion, this beach has an environmental characteristic that I must emphasize, and it is that it is a niche of sea turtles which are protected by the locals and have a marine biologist in town who is waiting for everything to happen properly. This is the main beach in Puerto Colombia #Choroni; On this beach is where the sea turtle reserve is, and the day we arrived was really great because being a weekday there were few tourists, so we practically had the beach for ourselves, it is a show to turn around and see the sea and look to the other side and see a beautiful mountain full of life, rivers and greens, for me this side of #Venezuela is the one that we must highlight the beautiful, what fills us with hope, I want to highlight that the people who They work in the town looking for a way to get the raw material to do everything, there is a place where they sell kakao in bar but they also make truffles, cakes, alfajores, ice creams, etc. all with kakao and ingredients from the area.
