Visitors in the garden

Hi friends,

Today I spend some time in the garden to finally see ho things are doing there. I found out I have 2 visitors.
I'm not sure what's the name of them.
The first visitor I found and it seems that is going to stay because it is building a kind of hive or house. Its a kind of wasp but not sure what the correct name is. Continuosly flying back and forth and then stopping to build up or expand its new home. Its pretty neat to see how active it is.

I just really hope it will be save and not eaten by a spider. The next visitor slowly tried to escape. I just know that those colors and textures warns me to stay away, I still remember when one of those attacked me as a little kid and I know how badly it can hurt. So I just tried to take the picture as closer as possible.
