Our leadership team members are always striving to develop our community through their work skills. We see rapid progress in our community. The hard work of our leadership team members is behind the rapid progress of Steem for Bangladesh community.
We are always taking appropriate steps for the convenience of users. Users are constantly being guided by our leadership team to improve the quality of their posts. We are trying to provide full support to the users from the community. The number of new active users is constantly increasing in the community.
So our leadership team has thoroughly checked every post of users. So that there is no plagiarism and abuse activity in the community. We will not tolerate any kind of Plagiarism in our community. So @abuse-watcher has joined our community as a new moderator.He along with @hungry-griffin and his team already start finding the abuser.He will assist our leadership team in preventing all forms of plagiarism and abuse activities.We grand welcoming him in our community.
Our aim is to improve the community at the same time. So I want to tell all the users of the community to stay away from plagarism. Try to post original and quality content following all our guidelines. For your convenience, I am providing some guidelines on posts and necessary links which will help you to improve your post quality and check plagiarism.

আমাদের লিডারশিপ টিমের সদস্যরা বরাবরের মতো তাদের কাজের দক্ষতার মাধ্যমে আমাদের কমিউনিটিকে ডেভেলপ করার চেষ্টা করছে । আমরা আমাদের কমিউনিটির দ্রুত অগ্রগতি দেখতে পাচ্ছি । স্টিম ফর বাংলাদেশ কমিউনিটির এতো দ্রুত অগ্রগতির পেছনে আমাদের লিডারশিপ টিমের সদস্যদের কঠোর পরিশ্রম রয়েছে ।
ইউজারদের সুবিধার জন্য আমরা সর্বদা উপযুক্ত পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছি ।তাদের পোস্টের কোয়ালিটি ইম্প্রোভ করার জন্য তাদেরকে প্রতিনিয়ত আমাদের লিডারশিপ টিম থেকে গাইডলাইন দেওয়া হচ্ছে । তাদের কমিউনিটি থেকে সম্পূর্ণ সাপোর্ট দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করা হচ্ছে । কমিউনিটিতে প্রতিনিয়ত নতুন একটিভ ইউজারের সংখ্যা বাড়ছে ।
তাই আমাদের লিডারশিপ টিম ইউজারদের প্রতিটি পোস্ট নিখুঁতভাবে চেক করছে । যাতে কমিউনিটিতে কোনো ধরনের প্লাগারিজম এবং এবিজ একটিভিটি না হয় । আমরা আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে কোনো ধরনের প্লাগারিজম সহ্য করবোনা । তাই আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে নতুন মডারেটর হিসেবে যোগ দিয়েছেন @abuse-watcher । যিনি আমাদের সকল ধরনের প্লাগারিজম এবং এবিজ একটিভিট রোধ করার ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের লিডারশিপ টিমকে সাহায্য করবেন । আমি উনাকে গ্রেন্ড ওয়েলকাম জানাচ্ছি আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে ।
আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য একটাই সময়ের সাথে আমাদের কমিউনিটির উন্নতি করা । তাই কমিউনিটির সকল ইউজারদের বলবো আপনারা যেনো প্লাগারিজম থেকে দূরে থাকেন । আমাদের সকল গাইডলাইন মেনে চলে অরিজিনাল এবং কোয়ালিটি কন্টেন্ট পোস্ট করাব চেষ্টা করবেন । আপনাদের সুবিধার্থে আমি গাইডলাইন পোস্ট এবং প্রয়োজনীয় লিংক দিচ্ছি যেগুলো আপনাদের পোস্ট কোয়ালিটি ইম্প্রোভ করতে সাহায্য করবে এবম প্লাগারিজম চেক করতে আপনাদের সাহায্য করবে ।
