I'm a big coffee drinker, hopefully there are more benefits than risks.
I have heard many times that coffee has enormous amount of caffeine which is not good for our health. However, it may contain some health benefits, but I am not sure about it.
A cup or two is enough for me during winter I hardly drink coffee in summer. Thanks for sharing this
