Animal Photography Challenge - Raccoons are Rascals

Hi steemit friends,

For today's entry into the animalphotograhpy challenge, I am sharing a photo that I took a few summers ago while visiting the Toronto Zoo, near Toronto, Canada. This picture features a raccoon - an animal that many of you are probably familiar with. These creatures are very cute, but they can be very annoying to deal with at times because they are extremely crafty and often manage to find their way into garbage bins to in search of food. There have been several times in my neighbourhood that I've seen packs of these little fellows running around in search of food scraps. For this reason, most houses in my area have locks on top of the garbage bins that completely prevent the raccoons from entering at all.

Do any of you have raccoons near where you live? Are they pretty pesky as well?
