A Beautiful and Sublime Sunday: Are These Packages from My Secret Santa?
It's just a few days more to Christmas!
It has become tradition to give a Christmas present to another anonymously as part of a gift exchange arrangement within the members of the #steemsilvegold community for those who want to participate .
It is one of the three major activities of the SSG Community [Steem Silver Round, SSG Monster Raffle, SSG Secret Santa].
This year, I have two Secret Santas, just as I am a Secret Santa to two other SSG family members!
I received four packages in the mail!
I am certain that two of these are from my Secret Santas.
Downtown is close to my Parish Church. So I thought that I'd take a few photos to share with you today.
It is cloudy and chilly today, and many of the townspeople are probably in their churches or having lunch in one of the local restaurants, or at home... or perhaps they are out shopping in nearby cities where the large chain department stores are located.
It becomes busy in this square towards the late afternoon. There are four of these open gathering places in town. There is always an event or activity happening in one of the squares or another.
There are several Christmas Trees around town, all lighted in the evenings which makes our downtown pretty and festive. Here is one by the Opera House.
Last night was the final performances of The Nutcracker and the Holiday Spectacular show. And I missed it!

She had a memorable tribute, the place was full and the 2 overflow side wings were open and had visitors in there as well. Her place of work was all in attendance, 100%. The people that worked for her were teary-eyed, she must have been a good leader...

I have heard so much about Snoqualmie Falls, that it is magnificent and that it can be awesomely scary after storms and the river swells so much that the waterfall rages... almost violently! I can imagine that there will be spots where people would just get soaked even far from the waterfall.
It has been raining here on and off for days. This evening though, it stopped raining and the sun showed itself at sunset. Look!

We haven’t been to the falls since 2000, but I can remember getting water spray from the viewing platform that’s far away up top and you can feel the rumble of the fall’s!!😳😊
