Introduction

We are delighted to have come to the end of Steemit engagement challenge Season 2. It was indeed a great pleasure to be selected among the communities to participate. We want to use this opportunity to thank everyone that participated in our weekly contests. It was indeed a thing of pleasure. As instructed by @steemitblog during the invitation to apply, we are supposed to announce winners of our challenge for the season.

How the winners were selected

We took a lot of factors into consideration before we arrived at this choice.

1. Number of entries: First of all, we checked all the participants that made entries for each week of the contest. We discovered that many did not, but the above 3 users did. So that is one of our criteria.

2. Quantity of engagement: After checking and getting a list of those that made 4 entries, we checked the number of entries they made across the 4 weeks, again, the top 3 selected made the most cumulative number of engagement.

3. Quality of Engagement: We also checked the depth or quality of their engagement. We discovered that the 3 persons we selected made amazingly quality engagement. They did not just make singular comments on posts, they actually engaged in discussions with other participants in an excellent manner.

4. Quality of Entries: We checked the 4 entries submitted by the above users and we discovered that they were excellent too.

5. Other things: We also checked for each week if they followed the rules of the contest such as club status, use of bid-bots, plagiarism and other things. We discovered that they also excelled in these areas. As a result, we have made them winners of our engagement season.

Conclusion

Congratulations to our season winners. We also say a big thank you to all participants of our weeks engagement. We look forward to participating in future challenges and other projects organized by the Steemit team. Thank you everyone.
