Turning passion in to a passive income stream

We all have a passion in our lives. Some of you might love cooking, some in traveling, some in drawing or sewing and many more. It’s not just a hobby, but we put our time and effort or even money on it just for the pure satisfaction we receive in return. But what if that investment could add some revenue as well? Sounds sweet isn't it..

You might already know that I have a passion in photography for a long time. So since few years now, I put some of my work for selling on some websites. Though I have used several sites, shutterstock is the one I like most. So far my photos have been down loaded for about 20 times earning me a couple of dollars. It's not much but a true happiness when seeing that my photos are actually downloaded by some others for their work..

You can actually not only photos but any digital products like video, photo, digital art, animation or images. They have some conditions about the quality level of the photos you upload and if a human face is there, his/her authorization should be provided when uploading to the site. Other than that, the process is simple and free of charge.

Once you upload, a portfolio is created for you and you can see some insights on your selling and what kind of content you need to make in order to sell more. The product you sold most, how much you earned from one particular product, geography of customers,..ect.

So finally , I could say that I have earned Few dollars when I was sleeping 😁 which is the informal definition of passive earning. Some of you already earn and for those who dont yet, why not try a little more and convert your passion in a income stream..
