Our standard lunch in Goa.
We prefer to eat local cuisine, because it is that specialty for which we came to India.

We can eat hamburgers and pizza at home.
We usually eat naan with butter.
Naan is such hot tortillas made from flour cooked in the oven.
This is delicious!

We like the malai kofta. We often eat this dish.
This is a potato and cottage cheese cutlet in a sauce of cream, vegetables and spices.

In India, spices are widely used in food, but usually for tourists, food is not made too hot.

Watermelon juice is very refreshing in the heat.
Usually we take one dish for two persons, because the portions are large.
The average price of such a meal is about 5-7 euros.
The food is tasty and fresh.

Wir essen lieber lokale Küche, weil es die Spezialität ist, für die wir nach Indien gekommen sind.
Hamburger und Pizza können wir zu Hause essen.
Wir essen normalerweise Naan mit Butter. Naan sind solche heißen Tortillas, die aus im Ofen gekochtem Mehl hergestellt werden. Das ist sehr lecker!
Wir mögen den Malai Kofta.
