My Actifit Report Card: June 14 2019
A Little walk to get a Beach Sticker
I was off work but had a few things to get done including a visit to the City Tax office to pick up a beach sticker and get a couple of other things done downtown, and while there I got a few snaps with my phone which I will share.
I thought I would barely make the 5K step goal this morning but My Wife had an appointment to get her hair colored and something else I had planned fell through so I dropped her off at the salon and walked around the area, thinking it would only take about 40 Minutes it ended up taking close to an hour and a half so I managed to reach my 10K step goal for the day
This is the Entrance to the Parson Centre Government complex where the tax office is, quite a nice building I must say

This next shot is from the same spot looking to the left, they have a nice grounds around the complex.

And so we dont forget where we live at the back of the complex, they have this bike stands in a lovely blue witht he City name proudly displayed.
You may wonder why I went in the front door and left out the back, I got lost in the building and could not find the main entrance so exited at the back and walked around the building.

While there I took a quick walk around the Duck Pond, My car is at the end of the row of the cars you see here, but instad I walked the longer way around the pond.

I to love Milford I am glad that due to needing a new camera bag on a trip and seeing the sign fir Milford photo we drive into Milford and fell in light be with it and moved here shortly afterwards

Indeed I do and yesterday I overdid it a bit, My Knees and feet were aching after doing 8000 steps in that one hour LOL
Love the waterfall photo! Are the ducks also lost in the building, I only ask because I didn't see them in the duck pond?
LOL No the ducks weren't in the building at least I did not see them in there, there were a couple on the pond not sure where the rest of them were
I just cannot resist taking photos of the duck pond every time I pass it
It is a beautiful area, I can see why you can't resist the urge to take photos when pass it.

That is really a pretty building and grounds for a city government comples. Milford must be doing well for itself. Now, I'm curious. What is a beach sticker? And how much is it (since I'm being curious). LOL at you getting lost in that building, I've been there, done that. But got you some extra steps. All the photos are beautiful, as always. How'd the wife's hair coloring turn out?
The wifes hair came out really well, was well worth the wait,
The beach Sticker is so we can park in the car parks at the local beaches and costs nothing as long as your car is registered and you live in the city, if you dont have one you have to pay I think $20 per day otherwise
An yes the city is in pretty good shape
