My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2019

Life’s a beach

For this evenings acifit post I share some photos taken with my iPhone this morning on a walk along Wildemere beach here in Milford.
I had a nice walk back and forth along the beach this morning a little under 8000 steps there and a visit to the supermarket afterward got a little more the rest are just around the house during the day after a lot of steps the last few days and my Hernia playing up and causing me a lot of Acid Reflux and gas I have taken it easy today.
This may look similar to a shot I share in a post recently but it is actually a different spot, I parked further down the beach this morning

Further along on my walk, this beach is a nice long beach I had not walked that far along it till today and it was a lovely walk I only saw two other people there in about an hour and a half walking along the beach, my ideal way to start the day

And a shot looking the way I was walking, all the previous shots were looking back to catch the colors of the sunrise, showing some of the properties looking out over the beach, would be nice to live in one of those,, well except when a hurricane or superstorm come sin then it would not be so much fun.

In the last shot in the distance you can see a broken-down structure, well the next shot is when I got to it, and you can also see many canoes and Kayaks in front of the properties

Well, I am a sucker for beach and sunset photos. But, who isn't really? lol

That is a beautiful place to go for a walk no doubt, my friend. I love the photos. Simply gorgeous. Thank you for sharing them with us. :)

I get to spend some time at the beach next weekend I think. I am pretty excited. It looks like the temps might dip a little and it will be too cold to go swimming though. We will see :)

I hope you can get to the beach its a refreshing and reincorporating place to be

When I was younger i used to swim all year round, ( mind you it never got that cold back where i grew up in New Zealand) but now I like the water to be warmer so do not swim n the ocean too much these days

I think the water temp might not be too bad, but the air temp is supposed to be around 70 so that could be kind of chilly once you get out!
