My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2019
Early morning Walk, Boulder Sunday and some signs
For this evenings acifit post I share some photos were taken with my iPhone I started the day with a walk by the beaches and achieved both the Automatic Win today and for the first time the triple 10 Challenge which is 110k Steps and 10KM before 10 AM and have attached screenshots at the end of this post to show that.
Sunrise is getting later each day when I got to the beach at 5Am this morning it was well before sunrise and still quite dark, but that didn't stop me enjoying the morning and walking alongside the beaches, this was the first shot I took a while into the walk, At the park in Woodmont I shared a shot of it in better light the other day but I thought it looked cool when it was still fairly dark with the lights on.

As it is Boulder Sunday hosted by @shasta, I got a couple of shots of boulders this morning including this one by Anchor beach

And some more boulders both along the walkkway at the end of Woodmont beach but also the big Boulder which has the flag Pole, still not yet repaired.

You may have seen in a previous actifit post I showed a stop sign decorated for the 4th of July, well it seems the people who did it not only for it for the 4th of July, here is how it was today

Although I do agree that people should clean up after there pets and hence I support this sign, however, I do wonder how they come up with the figure of $77 as a fine?

$77 is kind of a strange value for a fine. Maybe it is to catch the eye? Or perhaps the category of offense changes with the amount of the fine?
Maybe they have some formula they used but it still seems a strange figure for the fine

Wow! Having a photowalk, exercise, and seeing beautiful sights rolled into one is really a win win situation! And to think that it was only 10am! Wow! 👏👏👏 I envy that. Hopefully, I can also make that. Hmmm, I should make it as a goal! 😁😊

Its good to try and get some exercise in every day
I do, but I usually do it in the afternoons.
We each have our own time that is best for us to get activity
Exactly. Mornings are usually doing stuffs in the kitchen, so I cannot usually do my exercise. But that's OK. I'm still active in the morning. Hehe.
I start mn=my morning very early to early for most people including my Wife so I can get our for a walk and be home before she gets up :) Kitchen work can be very active

Rocks at the seaside always different shapes and sizes, love the shot of the one in the water.
Nice letter box, more creative in design to what we normally see!
that is a beautiful area for morning walks I love it, and that letterbox is the exception here, many houses dont even have letterboxes and the ones that do are plain this one really caught my eye
