Now some may know the Met Life Building by Another name so here is a little history on it

Originally the project was called Grand Central City, but was renamed in 1960 after its main tenant, the Pan American Airways. In 1981 the building was sold to Metlife insurance company for $400 million and is since called Metlife Building.

It has been the MetLife building since I moved here so that's what I know it as.

As you can see I am not the only person who goes ina nd out of Grand Central through this building, this was early morning and it gets a lot busier than this at times.
I do love the glass ever side of the walkway which added some nice reflections for this shot.

And totally irrelevant to this post, but since i haven't been on any walks for a few days after we got some snow I did take this shot out of the bedroom window when comparing with the family in MA how much snow we had got and I thought i would share it here
