Some more macro shots with my new lens

Here are some more shots taken with my new 90mm Macro lens, I haven't had time to really put it through its paces yet, but I took these one evening in the neighborhood I live, and one shot was taken in the office of a colleagues eye, which is good to show off what the lens can do,, but maybe a bit freaky to some

This is on a planyt in one of the garden, I presume this is a see dpod, waiting for the weather ot warm up and distribute ts seeds into the garden.

These buds are the first sign of spring, I look forward to seeing more of them and blossoms appearing soon.

Well if you scrolled down to see this I hope it did not scare you, I went for an aperture of 4.5 so the area in focus is quite narrow, on the eyelashes and the one red line in the eye.

So far I am loving the new lens and looking forward to playing with it more soon.

Wow, that is pretty impressive. Looks like you totally got your money's worth. I remember it was quite the fiasco getting it delivered!
