This is a shot of a shells, sand and pebbles on Gulf Beach, Many of my beach shots are more landscape style focusing on the beach and sky, but I also do take the time while at the beach to look for cool shells that may have washed up onto the beach, I have a little bag somewhere with a few of the shells that have caught my eye and I picked them up.
Its something many do here, looking for shells and sea glass, there are a couple of people, probably more but two I know of who make jewelry from some of the things they find on the beaches here.

Now this was clearly left over from some group celebrating graduation,

Now this does kind of Intrigued me, how does someone forget a piece of there footwear one a beach, No one was in the area where I saw this and there was only this one shoe, which looked like it was in fine condition, surely someone walking back to there car and off the beach would notice they had forgotten one shoe,
But it may be unrelated, or could be the reason, but I also saw that day a few small liquor bottles left on the beach, maybe with a few drinks in someone could easily forget their shoes.

And finishing off with a nice set of shells, such cool shapes and patterns on them.
