Tree Tuesday some warm fall colors
This is a post for Tree Tuesday hosted by @old-guy-photos A challenge I try to join as often as I can, as I am always watching out for interesting trees, perhaps because I work in the concrete jungle that is NYC.
And for this weeks post I will share some shots of a visit to the Upper Duck Pond area, here in Milford, CT back in Autumn/Fall

Plenty of colorful trees in this shot looking up the river at what they call here the Upper Duck pond, and I got some nice reflections of the trees on the pond in this shot

And this is the Bridge at the other end of the pond, it sure was a nice day to be walking around the pond, and I am looking forward to Spring and more colors and warmth returning, as for the next 3 days there is snow in the forecast, not to much each day, but enough to make it slippery and slushy

I dont think I have ever seen anyone swimming there with al the beaches and river isnt he area this spot isnt good for swimming

Nice pictures and good luck with the snow. Last I saw they were calling for 5 to 7 inches where I live tomorrow!
Well then I think you need the good luck more than I do the forecasts have changed and it looks like now we may only get a dusting on and off so not much at all
My goodness that really is such a picturesque town! I don't ever get tired of seeing your photos from Milford. There are so many spots in the US (and greater world!) that I would love to explore more, and New England is high on the list. We made it up to the coast of New Hampshire and Maine a few years ago, but I know we only just barely scratched the surface.
Ther eis still so much of NEw England I want to explore as well, maybe when I retire I can venture out and see more of it :)
