⚠️ @bilal-haider - The Fraudster and Scammer
Yesterday, I wrote about content being stolen and distributed on voilk and today, I had a rather amusing conversation with the website's founder - @bilal-haider during which, I was diagnosed as a brainless piece of shit with Mental Health issues. Which is probably true.
Unfortunately for him, he won't be able to reply to this post because we ban scammers from World of Xpilar.
It was interesting that in response to my post, he was aghast that his site was being used in this way - not concerned about scamming people out of their money, but because his scripts that were written to plagiarise content from Steemit and post it on Voilk was plagiarising content from Steemit and posting it on Voilk. He's anti-plagiarism you see, which is why he wrote a bot to plagiarise.
This isn't his first attempt to scam people. 4 years ago, he created bearshares - an identical approach to scamming and also an identical response to being exposed - abuse of those that speak out against him.
Not only that, today, he banned people who were uncertain of his platform from logging in and posting. An obvious defensive reaction but unfortunately for @acostaeladio, this equated to earned voilk valued at over $150,000 (according to their website) disappearing in an instant.
The good news is that Bilal Haider Qureshi from Islamabad in Pakistan has been reported to their Cyber Crime Agency on suspicion of mass copyright infringement and fraud.
It's time for lady justice to do her thing.

I am glad that you have done the relevant diligence to sue this platform that seeks to deceive a good amount of investors, I imagine that the friend @acostaeladio has been happy for the moment for such a reward that was then evaporated. I hope that justice does the corresponding work for these cases.
Thank you - I've done my best to resolve matter and hopefully it won't be long before I can share a positive update of the outcome.
Due to the complexities of working with cross-border agencies, it's been quite bureaucratic and I've had to inform a lot more crime-fighting organisations than I would have liked (e.g. the Pakistan agency will only speak to a domestic agency) so it feels like I've contacted every Cyber Crime agency in the world but if this is what it takes to get a fraudulent website removed from the internet, then that's what I'll do!
It's a shame that bilal-haider didn't do the smart thing from the outset and delete the website.

Desde hace meses le realicé seguimiento a este caso, Voilk es un ejemplo de una blockchain centralizada en donde cada usuario busca el beneficio propio y no el de la comunidad, en estos últimos meses le dí mucho trabajo a bilal ya que él es el único que se llevaba el 100% del pool diario cuando no tenía competencia, desde que apareció acostaeladio en su blockchain tuvo que repensar sus estrategias para seguir engañando a los nuevos usuarios; después se vio obligado a configurar un bot para luchar contra mi, pero su error fue ponerse a plagiar los contenidos de los usuarios de steemit, este error le va a costar muy pero muy caro.It was taken from the comments of this post and the reply from @bearbear613 read:

I hope that you have not lost any money there. If you have, I've learned of plenty of websites and people that you can report him to (prior to informing the authorities in Pakistan) and I hope that you'll be able to retrieve the money that you invested.

Thank you for your efforts to reveal the Scammer and everything to spoil his plans. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. The best from now on to ignore the website that he created.

I'm confident that the website will be offline soon. If bilal-haider's got any sense, he'll delete the website and return any money that people have "invested" before he's made to do so. From my interactions with him, I suspect he thinks this is all a bluff though and that he's untouchable.
