ABOUT THE GAME
The Clash of Clan game was developed by a Finnish gaming company called ScperCell, it was released in 2012 on the IOS Store and later released on the Google App Store in 2013. The Clash of clan game is an online strategy and multiplayer game, where players are allowed to build and protect a town by purchasing resources and defence infrastructures, they are also able to fight in multiplayer battles where they can also loot resources such as GOLD, ELIXER and DARK ELIXER. The Players are also able to join communities called CLANS where players can interact and fight other CLAN communities together.
- The Main village
In the main village or town in the heart of the game, the player is opportune to start by building a town hall and other infrastructure and defence buildings within the main village. The infrastructure, resource and defence buildings include the Elixer Storage, GoldStorage, Dark Elixer Storage, Barracks, Builder Hut, etc. The player is also expected to upgrade these buildings to their maximum strengths, by doing this the strength size and capacity of their village increases.
- Builder Village
The Builder Base is similar to the main village. Nevertheless, the major difference is the size, capacity and army strength. In this Base, the player is expected to upgrade the Town hall and other village resources and defences. The player is also expected to participate in Versus battle with random opponents, the winner is awarded points and also given a certain amount of reward.
- The Army
The army is an integral part of the game because they are used to engage enemies or opponents in multiplayer, single player and Clan battles. To acquire the full potential of the Army the player will continually upgrade them using the Elixer and Dark Elixer resources until they are fully maxed out.
- Clan Capital
The Clan Capital is the heart of the Clan Community, this is where all the players join hands together to build villages using resources gotten from the Forge or by attacking other clan Capitals together. The Clan Capital is made up of various types of Villages which include Barbarian Camp, Wizard Valley, Ballon Lagon, Golem Quarry, etc.
My Personal Review
The Clash of Clan game is what I would describe as the near-perfect game, I began to play the game in 2018 and I have not been able to be bored out by it. There is always a question to gaming which is Addiction to it, but I think the developers found a way by curtailing this phenomenon and at the same time still make the game engaging.
The Game over the years has evolved both in graphics and Bug fix because the developing team focus a lot of energy on these areas so that they can deliver a perfect user experience for the players. The Game always goes through a series of Monthly upgrades to ensure that the best possible user interface is achieved.
Security wise I feel they use a top-notch format to ensure that users or player accounts cannot be hacked and at the same time, ensure that users can recover their accounts when they purchase a new phone. The developing team were able to maintain and ensure this level of security by the use of the Supercell ID, which is an ID number given to every user who registers on the gaming platform. Also to be able to fend off Cheat users and hackers the team always does a 2 weeks routine check which ensures that people do not bypass its security firewall.

In general, I would say it is a game I would recommend for any age grade from children to adults.
How I Think the Game can be Improved by Colliding With Blockchain
As I have already stated earlier the Clash of Clan game is a near-perfect game, but to achieve a perfection status of 5 stars, I think that the developers should inculcate the use of Blockchain technology.
The Clash of Clan game already does not allow users to search for themselves using their names rather they use codes called the Supercell ID, but still to register on this gaming platform users would have to submit their data which include Age, Full name and Email of which are personal information's that could jeopardize a players privacy and security when they are leaked. To curtail these issues, the measure should be taken towards the use of Blockchain technology and by doing so users would only need to submit their wallet Address which would also serve as the login mechanism.
Another aspect where Blockchain Technology could be helpful is the in-game purchase, already the Clash of Clan game makes use of Fiat currency which requires users to provide their card details before a purchase can be made. The downside to the use of fiat currency is that the users' card details could be leaked out by hackers and also unnecessary charges are taken without the users' consent, for example, if you make a purchase which is originally worth $6, by the time it is deducted from your account you will find out the what left your account is $8. To curtail this issue the use of Blockchain technology should be used because it will eliminate the third party who is responsible for the charges due to they begin the facilitators of the transactions.
