It’s my pleasure to welcome you all to our Third edition of “The interview Showcase” for this Week. A weekly interview of top Users in the blog Concerning Some Super trending topics in the Steemit Platform.

I take time to look at Some of the Most Important/trending topics in the blog and I have a Chat/call with top Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.

We dig out Everything for your own consumption.

And in this Week's interview I cover one great topic or Area that Can help any steemians to be a Super one.

What’s that? Well, it’s about how to become Successful as an Author in this Platform and so I took the time to reach out to the Users who won the best Author Award of last year here in the steemit Platform. They were all rewarded by the steemit team.

Come to think of it, what really help them to achieve that great achievement? What does it feel like to win such great Award? What Practical Steps can one take to reach there?

Well, guys, seat tight and enjoy the Show as I invite these ones From Various Countries to share their Experiences on how they were able to get here.

Our First guest today in the Show is @huzaifanaveed1.

huzaifanaveed1 is from Pakistan, He is a Medical Doctor, he is a Creative Content Writer, Last year he was appointed as the World Smile Project (WSP) leader for Pakistan, Entrepreneur.

Human Rights Activist. A travelling enthusiast, he won the First position of the best Author in Steemit last year which was 2021 and Presently applying for the Role of Country Representative for Pakistan.

: I know you were among the users who won last year's best author award on steemit, please tell me, What did you do differently to be chosen as the best author of steemit?

🔷 Huzaifanaveed1: Honestly, I didn't even imagine, or expect that I'd win this award. I didn't even think much of it. Yes I know, all the users have taught somewhere in the back of their minds to win the most prestigious award on Steemit but I didn't blog for that. I didn't even know something like that even existed.

I used to blog on daily basis, adding value to Steemit. I used to post Diary games. Not just diary games, I have worked really hard on steemit, then be it the crypto academy or posting random reports or taking part in the power up Challenges. If you were to ask me 3 things that I did differently from other Users I'd say:

- Post regularly: I never skipped a day of posting. No matter how busy I was, I always used to take out time for Steemit. Steemit is important to me.

- Avail Opportunities: Such as the #clubs. When the clubs were launched, Steemcurator01 commented on my post. I was one of the first members on which Sc01 commented guiding about clubs. Since then I have been a part of club100. It earned me a good spot.

- Adding Value: Just posting daily diary games isn't important. I have guided about this to a lot of users lately who ask me for advices. I posted lessons, lessons related to my field, such as flossing, brushing techniques etc.
So all these reasons cumulatively got me the status where I am today.

: What was your experience like after being the best Author?

🔷 Huzaifanaveed1: It changed drastically. The recognition you get after achieving something is undeniable and achieving the best author award was the biggest achievement on steemit.

Alot of users from all over the world, congratulated me personally. It opened a lot of new gates for me. It earned me a lot of respect Alhumdulilah.

I made alot of new friends. I was presented with new opportunities and as I already told you, I don't let go of opportunities easily. So yes, in short you can say that winning the award was a huge experience itself.

: Do you have any more tips for other users?

🔷 Huzaifanaveed1: I'll state some of the things that I do myself personally.

- Write more, use less pictures

- Put Caption on your Pictures

- The post title matters a lot. Make it catchy and skip the useless details

- Post regularly and constantly

- Use proper markdowns

- Use good quality photos. Not random shots

- Interact with users. Vote Quality content, comment of different posts

- Skip the bullshit in your post. Only post relevant information

- Oblige with rules

- Be a member of #clubs

- Do not let go of opportunities

: I know You are a Medical Personnel, how do you Cope With that With being a Steemians?

🔷 Huzaifanaveed1: Hectic. It's very hectic. Imagine doing hours of shifts at the hospital diagnosing patients, catering to their needs and then coming home with a tired mind and body but still I try my best to give time to Steemit as I mentioned before it's one of my tops most priorities. It's like a family to me and you take out time for your family.

What I have done since a past couple of months is that I have tried to integrate my medical life into steemit. Now I post my experience in the OPDs. Medical tips, lessons etc. I take pictures with the kids in the Wards and then post them on steemit showing our kids to the world. So yes, I try to balance my work-life activities

And Our Next guest today is @ngoenyi. She is From Nigeria, a great and Super model in the steemit platform, the Owner of Steemkidss Community, She is also a Moderator in the Steem Women club, Steem Food, and of course a Greeter, a member of the 7Up curation team.

One of the Country Representative In Nigeria and Presently applying for the Role of Country Representative for Nigeria.

She Won the 3rd Position Award as the best Author last year which was 2021, here in the steemit blog.

: I know you were among the users who won last year's best author award on steemit, please tell me, What did you do differently to be chosen as the best author of steemit?

🔶 Ngoenyi: I was applying markdown styles, I was consistent and active at all times.

: What was your experience like after being the best Author?

🔶 Ngoenyi: I felt on top of the world. It was a wonderful experience. I never knew I would emerge as winner. I felt very honored and valued.

It was like I shouldn't stop posting. Steemit became more real to me. Those around me when I got the news wanted to learn more about Steemit and my friends in steemit that learned about it were so happy for me. There was a lot of excitement everywhere. It was a wonderful experience that anyone will like to have.

: Do you have any more tips for other users?

🔶 Ngoenyi:Untiring consistency is the key to survival in steemit. Try to steal with your eyes by reading other people's post and learning from them to improve your own publications.

: How did you achieve this in 12 months?

🔶 Ngoenyi: I built a network of friends over the period. I made sure to drop publications that that were of value and interest to my readers.
