Who is FundaBolivar?

The Bolívar Environmentalist Animalist Foundation is a project that was born during the year 2012 in the Municipality of Bolívar Estado Táchira, with the objective of fighting against animal abuse and the destruction of our planet. Performs various activities to raise awareness in humanity, promote good nutrition, protect seeds and produce organic food. FundaBolívar has the only Rehabilitation and Adoption Center in Táchira state, complying with the law for the protection of free and captive domestic fauna according to Official Gazette 39,338, which establishes in Article 35 the creation of rescue centers at the Municipal level; In this place, street animals are rescued in extreme conditions of abandonment (run over, wounded, with cancer, to which constant attention is paid, they are rehabilitated and postulated for adoption in Adoption Days held by the organization. wildlife animals such as birds, monkeys, snakes among others which are rehabilitated and reintegrated into their natural habitat.

Our organization carries out impact activities as the only environmental program on the border called ES TIES DE ACTUAR, where human consciousness, animal protection and environmental struggle are promoted; It is broadcasted every Saturday from 8 to 9 in the morning by Intercanal Canal 10. Workshops and Cineforos are also held, they are presented to different sectors of the community such as: schools, community councils, government institutions and companies;which are designed to educate including love for mother earth and create awareness in favor of nature and animals. These activities are cultural, ethical and totally free.

FundaBolivar also creates murals in the municipality of Bolívar, under the campaign called Murales de Conciencia, whose objective is to create environmental awareness through art, establishing messages that promote awareness and education of the population in matters of animal and environmental protection. It is a foundation dedicated to the care and support for animals in street situations, in addition to work in for the environment, this foundation works in an arduous and admirable way; I am surprised to see their videos the effort that they try to make every day to save the lives of these animals.
