Exhibition of folk crafts and creativity
Hi everyone.
Our city Slavyansk-on-Kuban was founded in 1865. This year he turned 153. In September, we always celebrate "city Day".The festivities will last for three days. Today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow the city will host a variety of events: concerts, exhibitions, excursions , competitions and festivals.
This morning I went to see an exhibition of folk crafts and creativity.
It's always interesting. Craftsmen exhibit their work which reflects the traditions of our people, experience, historical memory.
In our city there are many talented people and they exhibited works in a variety of techniques: painting, drawing, stained glass, patchwork, wood cutting and so on.
Products can be viewed and of course buy.
Wooden utensils are traditional for our people. It is the most eco-friendly and craftsmen know how to make it beautiful and comfortable.
In ancient times, girls combed their hair with wooden combs and wore wooden beads. Despite the fact that technology is moving forward, wooden combs and beads are becoming fashionable accessories again. No comb can be better for our hair than a wooden one. Made of natural material , this comb does not spoil the hair, treats them carefully.
The exhibition presents a variety of handmade dolls .

And this is a very beautiful doll-box. Each doll is opened and inside you can store a variety of jewelry and stuff.

I really liked the memorable dishes and plates that made the residents of the city. They're themed.
This is a plate with the name of the city and here is our main temple.
And here are the scenes from the everyday life of the Kuban Cossacks. We have strong traditions of the Cossacks.
The people of our city are very talented. At the exhibition you could see many different paintings made in different techniques, including paintings on birch bark and even icons.
What a beauty these knitted tablecloths are. How much patience and work they need to invest.
Can you imagine what can turn old jeans, if they are in the right hands? This is the second life of old denim things-amazingly beautiful bags and backpacks.
Many different products could be seen at the exhibition: boxes and bracelets, hair clips in the technique of kanzashi, earrings and beads, dolls, dishes, etc. Talented people live in our city. Russia, Slavyansk-on-Kuban, 2018

Наш город Славянск-на-Кубани был основан в 1865 году. В этом году ему исполнилось 153. В сентябре, мы всегда отмечаем "День города".Праздник продлится три дня. Сегодня, завтра и послезавтра в городе пройдут различные мероприятия: концерты, выставки, экскурсии , конкурсы и фестивали. Сегодня утром я ходила посмотреть выставку народных ремесел и творчества.
Это всегда интересно. Мастера выставляют свои работы, которые отражают традиции нашего народа, опыт, историческую память.
В нашем городе много талантливых людей и они выставляют работы в самых разных техниках: живопись, графика, витражи, пэчворк, резка по дереву и так далее.
Товары можно посмотреть и конечно купить.
Деревянная посуда традиционна для нашего народа. Она максимально экологична и умельцы знают, как сделать её красивой и удобной.
В старину девушки причесывались деревянными гребнями и носили деревянные бусы. Эта мода возвращается. Ни один гребень не может быть лучше для наших волос, Чем деревянный. Изготовленная из натурального материала, эта расческа не портит волосы, бережно к ним относится.
На выставке представлены различные куклы ручной работы . Текстильные и вязанные, сшитые. Были куклы, упакованые в коробку. Отличный подарочный вариант.
Очень мне понравились памятные тарелки, изготовленные народными умельцами, они тематические. На них изображены сценки из жизни казачества и достопримечательности нашего города.
Жители нашего города очень талантливы. На выставке можно было увидеть много различных картин, выполненных в разной технике, в том числе картины на бересте и даже иконы.
Вязаные скатерти это красота и кропотливый труд.
На выставке можно было увидеть множество различных изделий: шкатулки и браслеты, заколки для волос в технике канзаши, серьги и бусы, куклы, посуду и др

Beautiful crafts that they make in your city, it is interesting because in spite of their location there are certain things that they do in my village (El Mojan-Venezuela), it is very important to demonstrate, or to make known to the rest of the people of the locality the customs are handmade, musical, etc, since it is culture, which in itself identifies your locality.
