Pioneer camp them. Lyapidevsky

in #abandoned6 years ago

The camp was named after the Soviet pilot, Major General of Aviation, the first Hero of the Soviet Union - Anatoly Vasilyevich Lyapidevsky, 1908-1983.

Initially, the camp. Liapidevskogo belonged to one of the largest factories in Samara - the plant them. Maslennikova. Even the commander's detachment in the pioneer camp, by and large, consisted of young factory employees. But not only children of factory workers rested here, the trade union committee allocated trips to those plants that did not have their own camps.

In the late 90's the plant went bankrupt, part of the property went into private hands. After the bankruptcy of the plant, the camp was rented for some time. But, as the territory of the camp is located in a very attractive place for cottage construction, in 2010 the company owner, at public hearings, asked to change part of the zone P-3 (zone of natural landscapes) to the zone Zh-1 (low-rise housing zone by individual houses). On April 22, 2010, the zoning change was supported.

Until the fall of 2015, nothing has changed. The territory of the camp was fenced and several buildings were broken. As of October 2016, the camp has preserved a dining room, several utility rooms, and a couple of buildings. What is now on the site of the former camp is unknown.
