Unfinished high-rise building

One of the most popular unfinished high-rise buildings in Samara. Abandoned construction site near the ring of the Soviet Army and Antonov-Ovseyenko.

Construction in the winter of 2008 began the company PSCC "El-Grand." According to the project, it should have been a residential building with built-in non-residential premises, operated by a cellar and a transformer substation on a land plot with a total area of 9997.5 square meters. The deadline was set for the first quarter of 2011.

For nine months, until November 2008, managed to build two buildings - one 16, the second 10 floors. In November, the construction was stopped, the reason was that the finances had ended and the bankruptcy of ZAO PFKS "Al-Grand"

At the end of 2010, the guards were removed from the facility.

In 2013, a criminal case was instituted against the General Director of Al-Grand, which involved about 500 victims. According to the draft of this unfinished construction in Stavropol, 99 equity agreements were concluded.

For a long time, a search for a new developer was in progress. In 2014, the media reported that the completion of the object will be Construction and Installation Trust No. 11, more precisely, the trust will act as a developer, and construction will be conducted by the contractor - LLC Integration. But judging by the appearance of the building, and free access to the territory, something did not work out.

Another point - during the downtime some standards have changed. For example, according to the current fire regulations, the batteries in the entrance must be at a height of not less than 220 cm. It is simply impossible to do this here, since the height of the ceilings is only 260 cm and the height of the heating device is 60 cm. Another example: between staircases should there must be a distance so that the fire hose goes through - and since the box is already ready, it can not be fixed.
