Bad habits in someone

Run

Lazy moves are the worst. always in the aperture and not coming out of the dwelling, making us look bad. Then try to move. When you continue to see the bitcoin and crypto market movements make our bodies and eyes saturated. Try going out and running in the garden in the morning. Try running 15 minutes or more. by running, your heart is healthy, you will receive pressure that will release poison food that you eat unhealthily through heavy sweat when running.

Prepare a good outfit, live healthy by running regularly, try breathing slowly and regularly which will lead to health

Consumption of mineral water

We may get bored with drinking water all the time and want soft drinks and drinks full of colorful. So this is not healthy for our body, make it a habit to drink water regularly. Try consumption of water. This has always come to us, but always ignores good things and tends to bad habits. Now, when bad things come to us, Try dodges and returns to the right direction. This is called a colorful life.

Try drinking 8 glasses of water every day. Giving the body what it needs, not what it wants. That way, life becomes better and perfect. So sacrifice makes life better perfect and desired by all healthy bodies that are still active.


On the way far like heading to the holy land of Mecca, KSA. So all of us have to drink lots of water to avoid lack of body fluids. Keep your body always by traveling far

Traveling

Traveling is good and very healthy for our body and mind. Islam tells us to travel far in the value of worship such as visiting distant families and visiting the clerics and holy cities to get the blessings of the world so as to make life better and avoid us from the bad habits of the world.

Try shopping

Bad habits must be fought, this happens to single people not married or widowed. You have to go out and shop for something that you want, in the market you will see a lot of events and something interesting that will inspire your life.

And you have to book a holiday ticket to avoid bad habits. Put your things in the suitcase and order your plane ticket and go away for a while. You have a lot of Bitcoin deposits but you don't enjoy it, try going for a vacation away from trading.

My strategy

I have bad habits that make me worse than they seem. I booked tickets and made umrah trips to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah services. Hajj and Umrah give us a better life. because there are a lot of activities that we have to fulfill and lots of movements in Umrah worship, Walk a few kilos every day and revolve around Kaaba. This makes the body and minds healthy and better.


Try separating yourself from Gadgets

Every now and then try to keep Gadgets away from you to get healthy. Try not to hold Gadgets a day, because this is an addiction that results in uncontrolled. on the bus, at the bus stop, in the aperture, and in bed, keep the Gadgets for a while to take a deep breath and clear your mind and relax.
