Steamed sponge caramel

This time we present a recipe cake a simple traditional, but the taste is very delicious: Recipes Steamed Sponge Caramel. Caramel is a mixture of sugar and water boiled until fragrant and lightly browned, but not bitter. Aroma of caramel wafted when bolu steamed guaranteed to make you and your family can't wait to try this!
Granulated sugar 150 gtam
Hot water 100 ml
Chicken egg 1 grain, shake off the
Margarine 75 grams, melt
Liquid milk 75 ml
Flour 150 grams
Fine salt ¼ tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Refined sugar 75 grams

  1. Melt the sugar over low heat until it becomes caramel.
  2. Remove from heat and slowly, pour with hot water, stir well. Boiled back up into the caramel syrup as much as 160 ml, remove and let cool.
  3. Mix the caramel syrup, eggs, margarine, and milk. Stir until blended and set aside.
  4. Pour in a mixture of flour, salt, baking soda, and refined sugar, while stirring slowly until blended.
  5. Tung dough in the cucing/ceramic bowl beroles margarine for up to half the height of the cucing. Steamed until cooked for 40 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
    Tips: Use low protein flour or medium, so that the results sponge padded and padded. Do not open the steamer during cooking, so that the sponge is not sodden.
