My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019
今天早上起床打算把女儿接回来，在她外婆家住了一个星期左右了。上午吃过早饭就出发了，到了她外婆家开门一瞬间看到女儿正端正坐在沙发上看电视，嘴里还嘀咕这什么，看到我们来了一下小跑扑了过来抱住，看她很开心这时她外婆也过来了，用夸奖的语气说女儿长大了这几天很听话，也很懂事，早上起床还给大门口扫扫地，吃完饭了还知道把自己的碗筷端到厨房等等，听完顿时觉得她真的懂事了，让我刮目相看，应该是外婆这几天下功夫教的。M
今天超哥拿了一个新的吹风机给我，听他说完之后我顿时明白超哥的用心，现在天气非常冷考虑到家人们洗完头发比较冷，所以超哥就自掏腰包购买了一个吹风机，本来男女更衣室有一个，但是只能一次一个人使用，而且来回借用中间可能有很多家人等待使用可能会着凉感冒，给大家说完多了一个吹风大家都很高兴，不由自主的把掌声送给超哥，其中有大家的感谢和超哥的关怀，这就是我们的“大超哥”，总想着“我们最棒的团队”！
《一出好戏》是一部喜剧片，由黄渤执导，黄渤、王宝强、舒淇、主演。讲述了公司员工团建出游遭遇海难，众人流落在荒岛上，为了生存他们共同生活，并面对一系列人性问题的寓言。其中印象深刻的片段是：他们分成了三个“小团队”，“团队”有口才和智慧的人带头，其他的人只用听和协作。都能生存下去，管理者的“心念和思维”更能决定团队的水平和生活质量，当然站的高度不同所看到的风景也是不一样的。回想起上个月去郑州学习了“汪大正”教授讲得“重塑管理者，提升领导力”其中的“领导力”和这部电影很多场景是相匹配的。
