My Actifit Report Card: October 14th, 2018 Weekly Stats

A round trip with my bike in the neighbourhood brought me very early in the morning to an artificial lake near Munich. It is always amazing for me how clear the turquoise-blue lake is when the sun is shining. In the foreground you see some fish swimming and taking their course. But I don't know what kind of fish this is. In any case in this lake you are not allowed to catch them for a delicious meal.


Eine Rundfahrt mit dem Rad in der Nachbarschaft brachte mich schon am frühen Morgen zu einem künstlich angelegten See in der Nähe von München. Es ist für mich immer wieder erstaunlich, wie klar der türkis-blaue See bei Sonnenschein ist. Im Vordergrund schwimmen ein paar Fische herum und ziehen ihre Bahnen. Ich weiß aber nicht, welche Art von Fisch das ist. Auf jeden Fall darf hier nicht geangelt werden.

As part of the Endomondo App I joined three challenges beginning this year: "outdoor walking 2018", "challenge 2018=2018 km" and "2018 Most km outdoor cycling". The numbers tell you the totals until the present day.

My total distance by cycling and walking for 2018 is 3642 km. I feel quite happy about it! Last year the distance was only a total of 442 km. What a difference!

But these are only numbers. The most important thing is, I feel bodywise and mentally much better and have gained a lot of additional energy to fulfill my tasks in my job. Additionally I lost around 6 kg weight somewhere along the road while cycling and walking! Isn't that nice?

The above data include all activities tracked by Endomondo, a GPS-based sports-tracker App. Not included are additional steps tracked by the "@actifit fitness tracker App" like daily activity, house chores, moving around office etc.

Never mind! I miss posts too, you just cannot be always up-to-date, there is a life outside steemit and beyond the computerscreen we are staring at so often. :-)

Ich bin bei 38, seit Beginn an. Da ändert sich nix.. Wahrscheinlich weil ich nix delegiert habe..

Sehr gut! :-) Mein Rank war ganz am Anfang 30.5 und ist dann kontinuierlich gestiegen. Keine Ahnung, nach welchem Algorithmus alles bewertet wird. Ok, ich hab die neuen Regeln verstanden, aber die objektiven Messdaten der einzelnen Kriterien sind nicht offengelegt.
Wäre interessant zu wissen.
