      Yeah I know and read all about the AFIT ISO. Great stuff!

              I love sage! It is one of my standard herbs in the kitchen. Sometimes I just take a leaf and chew on it!

              Yeah, I love it too! It reminds me of childhood and the connection with the family of origin!
              I have to plant it in my garden: I have beautiful rosemary (currently in bloom) but I miss the sage!

                      Ich mach ja mal wieder Makro-Rätsel, hab da einige Ideen!
                      Radfahren bringt leider nicht so viel steps, obwohl ich den fitbit tracker am Fuß befestigt habe. Aber egal . . .

                      Dann fällt es mir dann hoffentlich früher ein :-D
                      Wahrscheinlich, weil die "harten" Richtungswechsel wie beim laufen fehlen.
                      Machmal wäre es geschickt, wenn es auch über GPS gehen würde.

                        Ja, vermutlich. Auch weil man pro Zeiteinheit eine größere Strecke zurücklegt.

                        Google mal “sweatcoin“ die machen das mit GPS, rechnen aber Radfahren und indoor steps raus! Scköne app, die ich simultan laufen lasse. Psst .... nicht wirklich eine Konkurrenz zu actifit, aber durchaus ein ernst zu nehmender Mitbewerber.
