My Actifit Blog: 8 August 2019 Meadows are full with Thistle Seeds

The early morning 5K runs are becoming more and more of fun for me. At the moment they only serve as endurance training at a moderate pace.
In the evening I went outside again for a walk. The meadows are currently covered with thistles, which release their seed clusters.
On one of the photos I took today, I discovered a small fly that is easy to recognize and a beetle that camouflaged itself very well!

Die frühmorgendlichen 5K Läufe machen mir immer mehr Spaß. Sie dienen im Moment nur als Ausdauertraining mit moderatem Tempo.
Am Abend zog es mich nochmals nach draußen für einen Spaziergang. Die Wiesen sind seit einer Woche
voll mit Disteln bedeckt, die ihre Samenbüschel entlassen.
Auf einem der Photos, die ich heute schoss, entdeckte ich eine kleine Fliege, die leicht zu erkennen ist und einen Käfer, der sich farblich sehr gut getarnt hat!
Schaut mal nach! Habt ihr den Käfer entdeckt?
