My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2019
Today I had many reasons not to sports:
- I was feeling ill,
- The weather was cool and
- I was so tired.
However I should publish actifit report.
So I had to push myself to walk. I walked as 1 hour. But this was not enough.
Then I went shopping as 1 hour. So that I completed actifit score. I did :)
