My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019

Its good to see that I was able to track and record my activities for today, its been long I did that.

My day started with a few minutes jog then I got home to prepare the kids for holiday lesson.

Later today I did some house chores, ranging from cleaning, washing and cooking.

So glad to know I crossed the 5k mark.
