白天没开APP。下午去跑步六公里,步数就过万了。
我膝盖不好,有点滑膜炎的症状,不适合做多的膝盖弯曲,会加重膝盖疼痛。
又说做无氧运动前先做有氧运动,减肥效果会更好。
反正现在只是受凉了才会疼,就继续练吧。
