In my opinion, these stripes aren't normale contrails from aircrafts:
Usual contrails don't last that long in the sky and don't weak the sunlight (as you already wrote)
I already wrote an steemit post about the consequences of these aircrafts weakinging the sunlight even if it isn't made on purpose (what I personally think it is) and even if there are no heavy metals within these fallout. You can check out my article over here!

I experience that pretty often as well because I live near a big city with an airport. But I am actually already used to it, so it doesn't annoy me anymore...
