हेलो दोस्त रनिंग करने से प्रतिदिन रनिंग करने से शारीरिक व्यायाम हो जाता है और मानसिक स्तर पर भी बहुत ज्यादा लाभदायक होता है इससे दिमाग की मेमोरी पावर बढ़ जाता है और कोई भी चीज को लंबे समय के लिए याद करने में फायदा करता है इसलिए पूरा दिन रनिंग करना जरूरी है.
