早上去超市🏪买了些菜 逛个超市好费时间啊 每次都是一个多小时才能出来😜
中午休息时间宅在家做了点腿部运动
因为呢昨晚自拍做了平板支撑运动
第一次感觉还好吧 但为了第二次能取得进步空间我就要努力呀
于是我接着在咱楼层里往返磨楼梯都5趟了😹还好还好体力木有老化 抗下来了😂
下午熊孩纸回来陪写英语作业 正好加强我的超低级化的水平...🙈
