Let's Keep Moving
In this life, we must be good at seeing opportunities so we can succeed. Because the opportunity comes only for a moment, if we miss it we will regret it someday.
Likewise in utilizing opportunities to be able to actively move when we are preoccupied with work in the office. Opportunities exist depending on whether we want to use them or not. For example when working at a computer, we can anticipate by working while standing or often changing sitting positions, compared to us just fixated in one sitting position. So that our activities to move become there.
You can also approach your friends to ask questions or chat something, don't just communicate through social media. All of that is our opportunity to be able to actively move when we are busy with office work.
