Let's Keep Moving (Actifit Report: August 9 2019)

Today's activity in the morning I filled with washing the car, because last night I came home from work in the rain so the car became dirty. Car washing activities are very good for making the body actively moving and sweating. It takes about an hour to wash my car.

When washing the car, limbs such as hands and feet will move very high frequency, with washing time about one hour, in my opinion this is almost the same as the activity of walking for an hour too. A very good activity to make the body actively moving.
