Park Day Was a Blast!

What a day it's been!

We spent most of the day at the park today, taking advantage of the wonderful weather and the day off, of course.

The kids had a blast, running all around the place. I was tempted to let them carry my phone while they wander about. I sure would have gotten my 10k steps early on. Lol.

While the agreed meeting time was 1pm, it was not until around 2pm when we finally were all there. We had a sumptous lunch and lots of fun and laughter...

We did not even notice the time passing by... we even had some games, like Pinoy Henyo and charades.

Pinoy Henyo (En. Genius Filipino)is a guessing game wherein there are two competing teams. There is a mystery word that the player needs to get correctly by giving hints while his team mates help him guess the word by saying only "yes", "no" or "maybe" to each hint he says.

We also played charades where the category was mainly "movies". My eldest son was the one who gave the movie titles that each team needed to guess correctly. Oh boy, he knows a lot of movies! Lol.

Looking Ahead

Before we left we already planned our next escapade. Oh, it's gonna be exciting!
