I took this photograph from the window of the bus on my way to the health centre.
Is of the Royal Pavillion in Brighton.
The centre is too far away to walk so I caught the bus but got off early so I could get some steps in.
This afternoon I went for a walk along the seafront and then to the café to lock up a coffee.
