My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2019
It seems I am starting to get back in my groove as today I crossed my usual 5000 step mark. I crossed over 7000 steps for the day and I know it is not over 10000 but slowly I will keep on increasing my step count so that I can get back up.
Good result . I think by the end of the week you will catch 10,000 thousand steps.
