Hello folks, I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood since the weather was warmer than usual. Sadly, it started to rain half way through, and it got dark but that is what I get for walking late.
I wanted to clear my head from the mind clutter instead I was filled with thoughts. Pretty counter intuitive when you think about it. I guess I am thinking what is up ahead with my personal life, but there is no point in thinking what can be ahead when anything can happen.
Mindfulness is your best friend. :)
Anyway, I didn't make my 10000 steps, but I am fine with that. Have a nice day!
