My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2019

I got lots of activities today. Early in the morning I started my day with some push-ups, rope skipping and planking, I also walked outside for several minutes. Then I went to my work and had 2 itineraries.

After work I had a long walk in the boulevard. Then I started with my laundry as I got home. Now I just finished on it and will have some rest.🙂

Thank you for your input, but no it was not past midnight, I normally go to bed around 22:00 - 23:00. (I see today it is working again)
