It's important to change up your exercise routines so that you don't hit a plateau hence impeeding your fitness goals so in light of that i started off the day with some stretches then progressed to plyometrics exercise where i did 3 sets of 30 push ups,3 sets of 15 pull ups and 3 sets of 10 dips.
