My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2019
So I finally found my fitbit so that I could track my steps and get post out again.
I got a really good workout in today though. A lot of kettlebell work in, some jump roping, and some work in on the agility ladder. My energy feels freaking amazing. It's was just an all around a good workout.
Some foam rolling would really put me over the top. Some stretching would be pretty nice too. I think I'm about to treat myself.
