My Actifit Report Card: June 2 2019
So today I did weighted back and a little chest. Overall it was a nice workout. I can definitely say my energy felt a lot better after the workout.
I'm slowly wanting to get back into heavier lifting. I stopped lifting super heavy for a long time until I had a go at it recently and remembered how fun it was. But there is definitely a trade off with that style of lifting.
I don't feel like it would boost my energy levels as much as the newer style that I've adopted.
I guess o could play it somewhere down the middle and try to find a way to make it work work but hmm.. guess I'll just have to see how I feel when it's time to train.
