Bee Workout And My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2019
Today I started to spy on the bees and while I was doing that I noticed the bees have chubby strong legs. Like this lil fellow that kindly posed for me.
So what the bees do to have those legs?
They jump from flower to flower... Hmmm maybe adding jumping jacks to my workout routine will be a good idea....
Bees always have the pollen on their legs and that acts like a type of weight... adding some weight lifting for my arms seems like the way to go...
Bees moves the entire day... moving more should be the goal...
So just spying the bees gave me 11k... Tomorrow I will start my bee training, let's see how it goes!

@blacklux Humans should be doing all they can to save the bees, of all the insects they are the most important and it worries me that they are dying off. We can learn a lot if we just stop and watch nature, you are a smart woman.
