My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2018
Well @crypt-skip got me out to the Y bright and early for the automaticwin doing the treadmill and 45 min on the elliptical. But I couldn't hang with him today, I walked home and left him there. I wasn't recovered from the weekend grandkids marathon. We're in training now for @adventureready's next #AutomaticWin Step Challenge, lol. Although we were crunching the numbers on what we'd have to do to beat the last challenge winner at 414,424 steps, and that comes to beating 59,203 a day for 7 days straight. I don't see us being able to come close to that. Sooooo, maybe we'll set our goal to catch our friend @practicaleric at about 42k steps a day. Still a tall order!! Hope you all had a great Monday!

Great stepping for today Tammy.I am gearing up for the automaticwin challenge too. Looking back I can't believe I was hitting 42k. That challenge pushes me to the limit, if not for my job maybe I would do better. Have another great day of stepping tomorrow 👍😁
