Another Hot One - My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2019
Notice that the time is 8:30 pm and while the temperature is 85 degrees the "FEELS LIKE" temperature is 91 degrees. Which means it's still really humid.
One walk consisting of a few leisurely loops around the park and a quick #seven77 pushup video was about the extent of today's activities. The video is posted on Twitter here if you would like to view it.

I know, that doesn't seem right does it?
Warm for first thing in the morning. Our summer has only had a few days at that temperature so far.
That was at 8:30 PM after the sun had set. It's been close to that in the morning too though.
Funny how people are complaining of cold here. I prefer the cold to heat. Nice count.
They both have their downfalls. I'm not sure which I dislike the most. But definitely prefer our spring and fall to summer/winter.
Over 10K activity is alsways excellent!
That's my daily goal, so I try to make it every day. Those monster counts aren't happening much since it got so hot.
I'm glad the heatwave is finally over here. I'm back up on my old routine.
