My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2019
Have you ever planted something around your house then the next year you have no idea what it is? I like this purple flower but I don't remember what it is. Does anybody know?
Just the usual walking around the park this morning was my activity for the day. I did jumping jacks on the front porch for my Seven77 Challenge. The video is here on Twitter.
I hope it cools off a little bit tomorrow, I'd like to go out and do some hiking. Getting a little bored with the park.

Love this!! It's a Platycodon grandiflorus or Balloon Flower. I used to have them in both white and this beautiful color. Such a beautiful prolific perennial :)
