Another great day getting out in the woods. I misunderstood our starting time but made it to meet my walking partner. I got the call saying I’m here, are you ready?

Silly me. It was an 11 am walk not. Ion like normally. So mad scramble to get out get there and catch up.

Camera and Monopod in hand, I made it.
Northern flicker
Cardinals
Chickadees
Song sparrows
Downy woodpeckers
Red winged blackbirds
Blue jays
My spirit animal: the Red Tailed Hawk.

Hopefully we meet at 11
